What this covers
This policy covers drjeffdatto.com, the website of Dr. Jeff Datto for Governor of Florida. It does not cover DattoAI.com, which is a separate site with its own practices.
What we collect
Information you provide into a form on this site: your name, email address, city or ZIP code, your message, and how you would like to help. Form submissions are received through our website hosting provider's form service. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To read and respond to your message, to coordinate volunteers and Team Datto participants, and, only if you check the box, to send you campaign updates by email. Updates are email only. Nothing on this site signs you up for text messages.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish what you submit. Please do not send sensitive information through the forms, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or medical details. This site does not currently accept donations or payments.
Third-party content
Pages link to social media and other external websites. Those services have their own privacy practices and may set cookies when you follow a link. This site does not run its own advertising or analytics trackers.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent to campaign updates or ask us to remove a submission by using the general contact form. Include “Unsubscribe” or “Delete my submission” in your message. You can also contact the campaign through the official social channels in the footer.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
